KA Full Custom - One off - Sculpted EDC fixed blade


Akin to the Jiblet design ethos, this little one-off was built as a small pocket size fixed blade. Essentially a stretched out sheep's foot profile with a large upper swedge, the reinforced tip and straight cutting edge makes this an extremely capable cutting tool for every day carry.

Built in a "skeletonized" form without scales... instead choosing to hand-grind the sculpted pattern you see into the knife in its entirety. Not only does this give a unique and organic appearance much like old stone flint knapped tools, but it also does a great job of reducing the weight while providing some extra grip in thick stock like this. The addtion of the paracord snake knot at the tail gives a bit more gripping surface as well.  Made CPM154, heat treated by Bos and given a two tone acid darkened and satin stonewashed finish. The double bevel hollow grind does a great job of getting down to a nice cutting edge in a blade this size.

The pressed boltalon sheath you see pictured provides secure retention, and allows for quick attachement to any molle setup you prefer be it a pack, bag, or plate carrier. The Blade Tech molle attachment really is quite useful, and set up for the same hole pattern as their tek-lok should you prefer to run that system.
