Perhaps the last folder you'll need, truly the Omega is named appropriately. A classic thumstud designed folder and firmly within Dave's classic design language, the Omega is clearly related to the ever-popular modified deep belly drop points that have come out of the KA shop for decades. This particular example has been fabricated and hand-ground using Swedish Damasteel and has been made so incredibly "slicey" with that super high hollow grind. Really one of the coolest and best ways to take advantage of both that pattern and added strength inherent with well-made Damascus.

A heavily hand-contoured frame in 6al4V titanium is all done with a slack belt process, and just takes time, burns, and blood to complete.  And in this particular build, Dave went for broke... going for an even more extreme curve and melding of that frame, in order to match the lightweight high grinds of the blade. Think of a smooth titanium bar of soap, and you'll have an idea of how well this frame fits the hand. Just don't wash yourself with it! The matching clip was also hand fabricated, and in itself requires more than 23 separate fabrication steps to complete. A satin "orange peel" texture finishes off all the titanium nicely, creating a uniquely beautiful and wear-resistant surface finish.

This blade comes to a bank vault lockup with that affirm "clack" you love to hear as a knife nerd. A carbidized lockface affords a smooth no stick release, and will surely satisfy the fidget side in all of us.
