KA Custom Samaritan Copper Top Liner-Lock Folder

Being the first folder Dave ever designed, the Samaritan holds a special place in our hearts around here and in those of customers and fans from the early K.A. days. Those of you will remember the "Sammy" becoming the catalyst for Dave's first three production runs in the Mini Sam V1 and V2's as well as the small run of larger production Sams. Those knives have found homes all over the world, often times alongside full blown custom Samaritans as the design has garnered a bit of a cult following. 

Not made very often anymore, this is actually the first ever sold off the Stag Shop and the first Dave has made in well over a year.

Built as a thick 6al4V titanium linerlock, it is bolstered with copper and black peeled texture G10 scales. The affect has become known as the "copper top", reminding us to stock up on Duracell batteries! Hand fabricated in it's entirety, this is as about as custom as you can get in the knife world. The Blade is a satin stonewash finished, hand ground affair made from CPM154 and heat treated by Bos. All titanium has been given a satin orange peel texture which is done on a wire wheel, while fingers burn and curse words flow like wine at your neighbors lockdown party.

Spyderco hole used under collaborator license, and pivot hardware designed and manufactured by Steve Kelly at Ti Connector.

This is a handful of a folder and a beast of a custom! Full size copper top Samaritan.

Folder will ship in a hand sewn felt slip, and cased in a waterproof case.
