Having wandered off into the woods many years ago after a dozen sequels..Jason is finally back! 

A Kingdom Armory design from the early days, the "Jason" has found a special place in hearts around the globe. Always made in the full custom format, it is an extremely efficient culinary knife modeled after a traditional French design. Not just relegated to the chef's life though, it has doubled as a field knife for both woodsman around the globe and soldiers deployed overseas. Always overbuilt with the best materials and Dave's obsessive eye to detail. The Jason really is a do everything blade. In fact, the Family Jason often goes from kitchen block to kydex sheath and out the door when we travel. Everyone has a healthy respect for a Chef's Knife!

11.5" in overall length with 6.5" of cutting edge, a full to spine hand flat ground from CPM154 ensures this knife will be a proficient slicer. Final finish is a satin stonewash to create the most scratch and corrosion resistant surface. Almost all of Dave's kitchen cutlery is made from CPM154, which has proven to be a highly stain resistant stainless that holds an edge well in practical use. Let's all be honest...you know you're going to leave it in the sink wet and covered in barbecue sauce...or have a brain fart and run it through the dishwasher (that's a knife maker's worst nightmare by the way) CPM, holds up fantastically well to abuse and neglect.

Coyote Brown G10 scale have been given a nice rounded chamfer profile and are affixed with bright green anodized Titanium bolts, which are removable should you need to (just don't forget to tape the live edge, should you decide to do that -ask me how, I know).

Laser beam sharp, you shouldn't have any problem slicing your tomatoes or carving the roast beast. And branded with its own custom designed logo, Jason just looks damn cool doing it!

A sole authored Kydex Drop sheath was just fabricated by Dave yesterday, and further allows this culinary inspired design to transition into field use. Tek Lok on reverse allows for horizontal belt, or pack carry. So go ahead and proudly arrive at your neighbor's next BBQ and offer to help prep that rack of ribs.
